Reflection: August 2011

What a ballsy month… I mean, I had all those problems with my colon and that really restricted my exercise. I didn’t even want to move, I didn’t feel well at all. I did a lot of walking – in the past week I walked all the way from university to Annandale (oh yeah, that is about three towns in), and I’ve done a lot of stair climbing this month, hehe.

Of course, I had my cholesterol checked when I went to the doctor as well and I have six weeks to fix it up. It’s been about two? And I’ve been eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. I hope it’s working; I’m also having a lot of sushi. It’s not that hard – but it has made me realise how little fruit I’ve been eating. :( I have about four weeks to go; I’m thinking of going at the beginning of October. I am really determined to lower my cholesterol. Really determined.

I didn’t end up making that premade layout… just didn’t have enough time.

I revamped a fanlisting a bit on a whim. I just thought the Kurt Cobain fanlisting could have done with one. I changed it up a fair bit and I am really proud of the layout right now. :)

Sleeping before midnight was great. I am actually really happy with my sleeping now. I have been sleeping earlier, and again, midnight is late to me. ;) I have been waking up well before my alarm and not feeling tired at all. It’s great; I think my quality of sleep has definitely improved. Even though I sometimes don’t get much sleep, I feel like I’ve been getting very good sleep.

Drinking water was easy, moving on… :P

I just started my third book, Earthborn by Sylvia Waugh. The two other books I read were Checkpoint by Nicholson Baker and Nights in Rodanthe by Nicholas Sparks. Both pretty good books.

I think I’m also going to do my last video blog today, haha.

Oh shiz, I’m too lazy to update my Flickr. So many photos… I could just upload a few, but atgfhs. I also haven’t really thought about what to do this month.
