The Road to Optimism

I’m going to try, every day – or at least every few days – to write down three things about my day that were good. We were having philosophical talk in photography class (as usual!) and my teacher said we ought to try focusing on the good things that happen to us and soon enough the little shitty things won’t drag us down. I mean, I have been pretty optimistic the past few years compared to long ago, so I think helping myself along won’t hurt.
- Completed a diabolical level Sudoku!
- Marked all the children’s homework at my education centre job. I wasn’t expecting to finish the lot, and I was there for an extra fifteen or so minutes, but I did it!
- At my web design job, I made horrid estimates about when I would personally finish, but did everything in the recommended amount of time. An improvement.
